   We are independent of any insurance suppliers.
   We hold professional indemnity insurance and fidelity cover as required under FAIS.
   We do not own more than 10% of any product supplier’s shares, nor do we receive more than 30% of our income from any one product supplier, unless otherwise disclosed.

7. Conflicts of Interest Policy
   We maintain and implement a written Conflicts of Interest Management Policy in line with the FAIS General Code of Conduct. A copy is available online via www.mono.insure.
    

8. Record-Keeping and Confidentiality
   We are obliged to keep a record of the advice and services rendered to you. All information is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
    

9. Fees, Commissions, and Remuneration
   We receive commission from product suppliers for policies issued. The commission for short-term insurance is regulated and ranges up to 20% of premium.
