Mono is a registered financial services provider in South Africa, with FSP Number 52923. These  Terms applies to all users of, and visitors to, our website.

Mono reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. It is the User’s responsibility to review this document periodically for changes.     Mono provides financial products and services related to insurance solutions. Any services accessed via our website are subject to separate agreements and regulations governed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority in South Africa.

    Mono wishes to disclose that it may refer certain leads to Mirabella Network (Pty) Ltd and/or Mirfin Valuation Services (Pty) Ltd. A director and shareholder of Mono also holds directorship and shareholding in Mirabella Network (Pty) Ltd and Mirfin Valuation Services (Pty) Ltd.
    This referral arrangement is established to ensure the best possible service to our clients while maintaining full transparency and compliance with industry standards. Mono remains committed to acting in the best interests of its clients and upholding ethical business practices at all times.

     

  11. Disclaimer of Warranties
    Mono makes no representation or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information or content of our website. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses, or other harmful components. Users agree that their use of our website is at their own risk.

     

  12. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these Terms, or the use of the website shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of South African courts.
